A bachelor of science (BS) in Finance degree from Tuskegee University, a bachelor of science (BS) in Accounting degree from Central Washington University, and a master's of business administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. Two courses away from completing a doctorate of management (DM) in Organizational Leadership. Currently, taking math courses algebra, trigonometry, and calculus at a community college and will transfer those credit hours to a four-year university to obtain a master's in industrial engineering. Grateful for the combination of self and employer-paid education.

Background

Working as an industrial engineer for over 20 years will obtain the degree to validate the skills acquired throughout the years gives our clients the assurance and credibility for peace of mind practices. Working as a business consultant now and soon to be business and industrial engineering consultant we cultivate an environment of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to help build with the outside community.

Skills

We offer a range of quality skills for process improvements by implementing best practices analysis with our state-of-the-art technologies hardware and software to meet clients' business goals and objectives. The clients' business goals and objects we listen to and learn then offer customized standards of operating consultations for helping you with the decision-making process. Also, communication and collaboration with clients and their business partners create tools of communication based on the apparent needs.

Working as an industrial engineer opened the doors for over 16 years performing safety walks and performing ergonomic evaluations serve as an ergonomic evaluator. In addition to the business background, industrial engineering skills serve as an ergonomic evaluator implied subject matter expert. A two-year project served as a founding member Director of Communications for the Diversity and Inclusion Council started a newsletter.

The doctorate study is the skill that opened the doors to utilize and understand scholarly researched credible data versus information pulled from unreliable sources. We offer our clients the practice of staying up to date and current on business, industrial engineering, ergonomics, and various other industry standards while functioning at an optimal capacity.

Living in the Pacific Northwest Washington State for over 20 years allowed the opportunity to grow like the evergreen trees. My daughter attended Columbia Elementary, Harbour Point Middle School, and is now in the Running Start Program attending Everett Community College her junior year in high school.
